Senior-led SEO projects that fix the foundations, map the keywords, and build the content — a sprint with a start and an end. Ongoing upkeep afterwards lives in the monthly plans, not here.

Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and crawl optimization.
Monthly dashboards in plain language — no jargon, no fluff.
Each one is a fixed-scope engagement with a senior strategist, transparent deliverables, and full reporting. You pay once. No vanity metrics, no retainer you cannot leave.
Foundational SEO audit and on-page optimization to get your site ranking.
Complete SEO overhaul with technical fixes, content strategy, and 90-day tracking.
Enterprise SEO program with deep competitive analysis and content production.
These are not two ways to buy the same thing, and picking the wrong one wastes money. Here is the honest split.
A site with broken technical foundations does not rank, and no amount of monthly upkeep fixes that. The project is the sprint: audit everything, fix everything, rebuild the architecture, write the content, ship the schema. It has a start and an end.
Rankings decay. Competitors publish, Google ships core updates, your team adds pages without meta tags, and Core Web Vitals drift as content piles up. A monthly plan holds the ground the project won — it does not replace the project.
The same work appears in both columns with a different shape — built once on the left, maintained forever on the right.

We are a Palm Beach studio and most of our SEO clients compete inside South Florida. Local search is its own discipline — proximity, prominence, and relevance are weighted differently from national organic, and the work is different too.
Categories, services, attributes, photos, posts, and review cadence — the profile does more for map-pack placement than the website does.
We map which searches you can realistically win from your address, and which ones need a second location or a service-area strategy instead.
Name, address, and phone reconciled across every directory Google cross-references. Inconsistencies here quietly cap local rankings.
LocalBusiness markup, service-area pages that are genuinely distinct rather than templated, and review schema where it qualifies.
Standard Care and above fold ongoing SEO — on-page, technical, schema, and Google Business Profile — into a flat monthly fee alongside maintenance and reporting. From $299/month.
Five pages: every plan, the full feature matrix, and what ongoing care actually covers. Share it with whoever signs off.
PDF · 5 pages · 367 KBA plain-language tour of every number on your Google Search Console dashboard — impressions, clicks, CTR, average position — and what we do with them.
No, and this is the most common mix-up. The project fixes and builds — technical remediation, architecture, keyword mapping, schema, content. The monthly plans maintain what already exists: they keep new pages optimized, watch Core Web Vitals, refresh reporting, and manage your Google Business Profile. If your site has never had a proper SEO pass, a plan alone will not get you ranking. If it has, a plan is usually all you need.
If your site is new, was never optimized, or has lost rankings, start with a project — SEO Launch to fix the foundations, SEO Growth if you also want content strategy and competitor work. If your site already ranks and you just want to hold and slowly extend, start with a monthly plan. On a free call we will tell you which, including when the answer is neither yet.
Most clients see measurable improvement in 60 to 90 days. Foundational wins like technical fixes and meta rewrites can lift visibility within weeks; competitive keyword rankings and authority building compound over three to six months. Anyone promising faster is describing a different, worse business.
Nobody legitimate does, and anyone who promises it is selling smoke. What we guarantee is a transparent strategy, measurable KPIs, and monthly reporting so you can see exactly what is working and what we are adjusting.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do from Palm Beach. SEO Growth and SEO Authority both include Google Business Profile optimization, local schema, and citation management, with multi-location support at the Authority tier. The Partner monthly plans manage your profile on an ongoing basis.
Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Lighthouse, and PageSpeed Insights. Reports are delivered in plain language, not a jargon dump.
That is the intended path and what most clients do. We finish the project, hand over the documentation and reporting, and roll straight onto a monthly plan so the gains do not decay. There is no contract tying the two together — you can stop after the project and keep everything.
